30 Sec: Push Ups

WORKOUT ROUND 1: 5 MIN

30 Sec: Jab Cross

30 Sec: Uppercuts

30 Sec: Right Jabs Only

30 Sec: Left Jabs Only

30 Sec: Hooks

Repeat x 2⠀

WORKOUT ROUND 2: 5 MIN

 

12 x Jab, Jab, Cross⠀

12 x Jump Squat ⠀

12 x Jab, Jab, Cross, Hook⠀

20 x High Knees⠀

12 x Jab, Jab, Cross, Hook, Left Upper, Right Upper ⠀

20 x Star Jumps⠀
