The Return and Exchange terms on this Site are only applicable to Products purchased on the Site. Please contact your retailer for all other returns and exchanges.

EVERLAST AUSTRALIA’s returns and exchanges department operates Monday-Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm from Melbourne, Australia.

EVERLAST AUSTRALIA is confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason this is not the case, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date. We have 5 conditions of return or exchanges for change of mind; item(s) must be returned:

  • Within 30 days of the purchase date
  • Item must be in its original condition, unworn and with the original tags still attached
  • Items must be returned in its original packaging which must be in the original condition. Please do not attach labels or tape directly onto the shoe box, garment bag or any product packaging
  • Please pack your items in secure packaging and include a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase with your item(s)
  • Postage for your return will incur a cost and is non-refundable

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Returns Process (Excluding Heavy Items)

Please note: Postage for your return will cost $10.95 and is non-refundable

  • Complete the form
  • You will be emailed a returns slip and instructions for completing your return
  • Drop your return off in an Australia Post Box/Office
  • Once received, it typically takes 3 - 5 business days for returns to be processed. You will be notified by email once your return has been finalised.

HEAVY ITEM RETURNS

Returning or exchanging items deemed as a ‘Heavy Item’ cannot be returned via AusPost.

Heavy items must still meet EVERLAST AUSTRALIA’s returns conditions; listed above.

Once Your Products are received by EVERLAST AUSTRALIA, EVERLAST AUSTRALIA’s customer service team will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of Your Returned Product(s) and will inspect them.

Heavy Item Returns Process

Please note: The postage for your return will be approximately equal to the shipping cost from your original order. This charge is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refunded amount.

EVERLAST AUSTRALIA takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. The Products are Your responsibility until they reach EVERLAST AUSTRALIA. Please ensure You package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. EVERLAST AUSTRALIA is not responsible for any items that are returned to it in error.

Please note that NO returns or exchanges can be made in person.

EVERLAST AUSTRALIA cannot accept COD deliveries.

Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

FAULTY RETURNS POLICY - REPLACEMENT, REFUND OR REPAIR

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Where permitted by law, all other rights are excluded.

EVERLAST AUSTRALIA will reimburse any reasonable shipping charges for return of goods that are deemed faulty.

Please contact our customer service team first before sending back any items deemed as faulty.

REPLACEMENT PARTS

Please contact our customer service team for any replacement parts needed.

EXCHANGES

If You change your mind, or make a wrong decision, EVERLAST AUSTRALIA will happily assist You with an exchange, provided the Products*:

  1. are in saleable condition
  2. are in their original packaging with all tags, labels & hygienic protector still intact
  3. footwear returns must be returned in the original shoe box which must be in the original condition
  4. have not been worn, damaged or washed
  5. are accompanied by a valid proof of purchase including original invoice
  6. are returned up until 30 days from the date of purchase

    Product will be exchanged for other items You choose or refunded to the original card of purchase.

    Please select ‘EXCHANGE’ from the dropdown menu in the Returns portal and specify the item you would like in exchange. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us for any further information.

    The original shipping charges are not refundable, however if You are exchanging for an alternative item, You will not be charged postage for the first exchange. All subsequent exchanges will be charged postage at EVERLAST AUSTRALIA’s normal rates.

    RETURN EXCLUSIONS – ‘FINAL SALE’ ITEMS

    Change of mind returns are not available on items marked FINAL SALE, unless unknowingly sold with faults. Known faulty items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
