Decent quality, solid, affordable bar. No movement when under load. Easy to install. Grip handles are a bit cheap and feel like they will eventually come off but I’ll use the bar without them.

This mat folds out to a large size in width and length. It has thick comfortable padding and is very suitable for use on hard floors as well as carpet. It folds twice to become a size that can go under a typical bed or in a wardrobe. Very happy with this mat for floor exercises and stretches.
