WHAT DOES YOUR WEEKLY EXERCISE ROUTINE LOOK LIKE?

I train 2-3 sessions per day, 6 days per week! I do a lot of running, strength and conditioning, technical/tactical boxing specific sessions. It’s a pretty packed week of workouts!

 

WHAT ADVICE DO YOU HAVE FOR SETTING AND ACHIEVING YOUR FITNESS GOALS?

Be patient, stay consistent and trust the process! If it was easy everyone would do it! Focus on the small daily 1% and habits they all add up!

WHAT KEEPS YOU MOTIVATED?

Reminding myself how fair I’ve come, reminding myself of where I want to be and what I want to achieve. Focusing on my WHY!

 

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE WAY TO WORK UP A SWEAT?

Definitely in my boxing sessions! Whether it’s sparring, shadow boxing, punching the bags and pads or even skipping jump rope. I love being in my element in a boxing gym working on my craft!

Katie Taylor - she is so humble, so down to earth and with so much success has always stayed true to herself, stayed grounded and still puts in the work to be an all-time great. Such an inspiration!
