WORKOUT WITH EVERLAST

GLOVE AND MITT PARTNER WORKOUT

Retired Pro Boxer and Coach, Ben Savva takes us through an intense boxing partner workout suitable for the gym, home or park.

4 x 2 MINUTE ROUNDS:

- You can increase this to 3 minutes for a higher intensity workout
- For each round, the pad holder controls the workout and calls out the change in punches

UNDERS AND OVERS:

Alternate between uppercuts and straight punches

JAB AND JAB CROSS:

- Alternative between jab and jab cross
- Add in some movement to practice your footwork

COMBINATION WORK:

- Beginners option: Jab, cross, hook, cross
- Advanced option: Jab, cross, hook, cross, slip, cross

10 PUNCHES, 2 BURPEES:

For a more advance option, swap these out for hand-release burpees

SWAP GLOVE & PAD HOLDER AND START AGAIN:

You can repeat this circuit as many times as you like, depending on your fitness level.
