How do I contact Everlast?

Everlast Customer Service is available via phone or email, to get in touch please visit our Contact Us page. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8am until 4pm AEDT (excluding public holidays).

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

I haven’t received my order within the delivery timeframe, what should I do?

I just placed my order but would like to cancel or change it.
Contact Everlast Customer Service as soon as possible to let them know that you’d like to change your order. However if the order has been despatched, you will have to return or refund your order and costs will apply. For further information, head to Returns and Exchanges.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within Australia and to New Zealand.
How much will it cost if I order a heavy or bulky item?

I want to open my own gym and use Everlast equipment. How do I get a wholesale account?
