HIGH INTENSITY BOXING CIRCUIT TO BOOST YOUR FITNESS

This boxing circuit will involve basic boxing punches and an upper and low body exercise. Keep track of your progress over time and increase the intensity of the circuit to make sure you are always increasing your fitness.
